Indoor Model Standard Features
• 6’3” interior height (7’ option available)
• 36” wide door
• Guarded ventilation
• Door secured with three 1″ solid stainless steel slide bars
• Door opens inward – will not be blocked by debris
• No steps – walk in and secure the door with 3 separate stainless steel locking bars
• Bench seat comes standard
• Fold-up bench seat available ($200, optional)
• Lock box bench seat available ($300, optional)
• Additional bench seat (5′ wide shelters only) ($400, optional)
• Primed and painted with a commercial high-performance coating.
• Standard paint color is white
• Protection from tornadoes, storms, and severe weather
• Can be used as a panic room for protection from intruders
• Escape hatch available on 5’x10’ (optional)
• Door comes standard as a right-hand door.
The door can be placed on either the long or short side at no additional charge.

Installation
• Installation takes approximately two hours
• Installed on your concrete slab foundation
• Requires a minimum 4″ thick concrete slab (4″ is standard construction thickness)
• Concrete wedge anchor bolts placed every 12” around the base of the shelter
• Each 5/8″ diameter bolt is rated for 14,465 lbs of stress
• We only ask for a $500 down payment when ordering. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. (Deposits are non-refundable.)

• Once the foundation is cured, installation takes approximately 2-3 hours
• We only ask for a 25% down payment when ordering. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. (Deposits are non-refundable.)
